Self-accomodation rules

For a relaxing and safe stay, please follow the following rules:

1. In order to benefit from accommodation in our pension, it is advisable to use electronic payment that guarantees the reservation and saves you the time spent with administrative procedures in our pension.
2. For payment, please fill in the contact form on our website based on which you will receive the electronic invoice and instructions on check-in, between 11:30 and 21:30.
3. The check-out can be done daily between 07:00 - 11:30 at the reception and outside this interval you can leave the room key in the metal box located on the right side of the access door to the pension, on the outside wall.
4. Breakfast can be booked in the same time as the accommodation or afterwards, at the reception during the working hours, announcing us your intention in the evening before breakfast.
5. Once you have become our client and you have taken the key of the room from the reception you will have non-stop access in the pension during the reservation period having the obligation to lock the main access door to the pension every time you enter or leave. This will guarantee the security and safety of your goods that are in your booked room.
6. During your stay you can order between 07:00 - 21:30 alcoholic and soft drinks by calling number 0751 025 153, but also food in catering system, mentioning as delivery address Boema Pension - Albert neighborhood, Ploiesti.
